introduction
hello,
this year i have really been thinking about my weight and how much sweets and chocolate i've been having.
now i really want to cut down on them sort of things.
how i loose weight is; i go to the gym 3 days a week but sometimes if it a nice day ill go for a run around the racecourse, i go on regular walks with my family and i've taking up a challenge to do the Yorkshire 3 peeks, i've done Ingleborough and i'm going to do
pen-y-ghent this wednesday.
